First, Brock, first class artisan and businessman, he kept us informed all the time and did not charge us until he had the glass in house to start the project.
Second, the Vessels "Sink Bowl-Colorful", their gorgeous as the title states.
Third, only issue was the shipping. Once it was out of Brock's hands UPS had a slow down. They were originally marked to arrive on 16 Feb, however they had not even arrived at the local UPS facilities. They did arrive on Sunday 17 Feb in Maryland and then were shipped out to Virginia. Once there they were scheduled for deliver on Monday 18 Feb and arrived here at 5:00pm.
All in all, a great experience.
Thank you James, it was a pleasure doing business with you too!Sorry about the delays. Usually when UPS, states the day they well arrive, they usually arrive on that date.
I just received the Colorful Glass Vessel Bowl and it is much more beautiful than the picture. The workmanship is exquisite. I can't wait until all my designer friends see the final installation -- it is just so unique and stunning. I will send a picture when this room is finished. Thanks so much Jan Risch
